- We provide safekeeping of your keys through-out the tenancy

- Where necessary we instruct and pay contractors on your behalf
- We insure all contractors have the correct insurance policies in hand
- We arrange & accompany all contractors
- We review the check in/check out and advice on any deductions from the deposit
