  • Negotiate terms and draw up a bespoke tenancy
  • Collect, hold & protect the deposit
  • Provide tenant with method of payment
  • Collect the initial rent due

  • We hold all clients’ money in a designated and audited client money account & protected by the Clients money protection scheme

  • Arrange an inventory check in/check out (additional fees apply)

  • We arrange for a EICR or EPC (additional fees apply)

  • Apply for the building sub-licence

  • Deduct any pre-tenancy invoices

  • We issue you with an invoice & statement

  • We provide help in recovering rent in the very rare event it happens

  • This commission will also be due on every tenancy renewal.
